PHILIP L. OSTROSKI A financial services executive with a proven ability to transform under-performing and start-up companies into sustainable businesses, Philip Ostroski has extensive experience with middle-market lending, business risk valuations and business development.
Before joining MorrisAnderson, he was president of Associated Commercial Finance in Milwaukee, the asset-based lending subsidiary of Associated Banc Corp. While there, he grew the enterprise from less than $20 million in secured loans to more than $180 million in six years.
Ostroski is a 20-year veteran of Bank One in Milwaukee, where he was a senior vice president when he left. While there, he managed the bank’s Equipment Finance group, and had overall management responsibility for its regional Commercial Finance product and lending group.
Additionally, he played a crucial role in analyzing the bank’s weak-performing product groups based on market position and in developing strategic outlooks for future market performance.
Earlier in his career, Ostroski was an officer of Southeast Bank in Miami; an auditor and credit analyst for Walter E. Heller Co., Miami; and an industrial engineering management trainee with Fort Pitt Steel Casting in McKeesport, Pa.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Alliance College, and has completed graduate course work at Florida International University. |
