Larry Hennessy, who has been with MorrisAnderson since 1999, became a principal of MorrisAnderson in January 2007, and it’s Chief Financial Officer in January 2008.

Mr. Hennessy, who heads up MorrisAnderson’s St. Louis office, has specialized in business turnarounds, crisis management and financial analysis for family and investor owned middle market businesses for over fifteen years, with an emphasis on cost reduction, cash management and profit improvement. He has served as Chief Restructuring Officer and interim CFO on various assignments and has been involved in consulting assignments for companies with annual sales of $15 million to $200 million, including financial advisory, turnarounds, bankruptcy, and sales of divisions and companies. His experience includes directing EBITDA improvements in excess of $1 million per month for a manufacturer of mineral wool insulation with monthly sales of $5 million and five plants.

MorrisAnderson’s successful "Executive Mentoring" program which is predicated on delivering best practices in cash management and profit improvement was developed by Mr. Hennessy.

Prior to joining MorrisAnderson, Mr. Hennessy served as CFO for six privately held manufacturing companies in printing, direct mail, flavor manufacturing, plastic injection molding and wire-display manufacturing. Additionally, Mr. Hennessy spent six years at International Harvester in financial operations analysis and four years as a controller at a privately held manufacturer.

Mr. Hennessy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and an MBA from Southern Illinois University. He is a Certified Turnaround Professional.
