| Alan
J. Glazer has extensive
experience in turnarounds and crisis management, as well
as the development and implementation of strategic business
plans, operations management and financial transactions.
These specialties have been developed from a broad financial
and operations background.
Prior to joining Morris·Anderson
in 1984, Mr. Glazer was Senior Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer for Consolidated Foods Corp., a large
international manufacturer and distributor of branded
consumer products. Mr. Glazer played a major role in
CFCs strategic business and financial planning,
including raising capital and working with problem-plagued
divisions. He also supervised all treasury, tax, insurance,
MIS, controllership and internal audit activities.
Before joining CFC, Mr. Glazer spent 13
years at Arthur Anderson & Co., the last five as
a General Partner, where he managed some of the firms
client relationships with major national and international
companies, primarily in the manufacturing and distribution
of consumer products and the health care industries.
He has extensive experience in corporate reorganizations,
including structuring mergers, other acquisitions and
debt.
Mr. Glazer received a B.S. degree in Business
Administration from Roosevelt University, did graduate
work at Northwestern University, and is a CPA.
