Stephen Tisdell is a Partner with CENTRE Health Partners, LLC. He is a highly experienced and team-oriented executive who has consistently maximized shareholder value in a career that spans over 30 years. Steve has worldwide experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and business operations. He is an experienced public company senior financial executive, and board member with significant transactional experience in corporate governance, financial and turnaround management, debt financing (including: financing and refunding of industrial revenue bonds and hospital bonds), equity financing, syndication of large bank facilities and income tax strategy and compliance.

Steve began his career with a national accounting firm in Providence, Rhode Island, where he participated in IPO's audits of public, private companies, non-profit and a children's psychiatric hospital. He has been the CFO of several NYSE listed public companies including a retail drug store chain. His experience includes: IPO's, a billion dollar bank syndication of 47 banks of which 26 were foreign, several hundred million dollar multi-bank syndications, convertible public debt, listed subordinated debt, interest rate hedging instruments, and done many mergers and acquisitions that have been accretive to earnings. Additionally, he has had Information Technology report to him where he was responsible for strategic technical initiatives, significant system conversions and integration of information technology as a part of acquisitions. Early in his career he was involved as a computer audit specialist, computer programmer and a statistical audit specialist.

Steve has served on a number of non-profit boards and key executive positions which include: Chairman and Board Member of The Catholic Charities Board of Middle Tennessee, Finance Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Diocese of Nashville, Vice-Chair of the Business School Advisory Board of TSU, Board Member, Vice Chair of Dismas Inc ( a multi-state transitional half-way house for ex-felons), Founder and Chair of The Aquinas College-Business School Advisory Board, President of The Board of the Providence Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Board Member Southern University-Baton Rouge, LA, Member of Parish Council-Holy Family Catholic Church Brentwood, TN as well as a number of fundraising capacities with The United way and a number of Catholic churches.

Steve has had a number articles published in the Nashville Business Journal, Louisville Business Journal, The Tennessean, The Tennessee Business Magazine and appeared on several Nashville TV Stations on topics such as: Corporate Governance, Compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, Mergers and Acquisitions, Going Private, Establishing an Effective Compliance Program, D & O Insurance Panel and Key Elements of an Effective Whistleblower Program.

A CPA, Steve received his Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island.
