Bill Van Der Weele, Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP), has a diverse background in senior financial management, with a focus on cash management, financial analysis, management reporting and cost controls. He also has experience in leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, spin-offs and liquidations.

Prior to joining Morris-Anderson & Associates, Mr. Van Der Weele served as Vice President of Finance for three different middle-market companies in the financial-services industries. Additionally, he owned and operated a family business in the video leasing and distribution industry, so he is keenly familiar with the tough economic issues facing today’s entrepreneurs.

Mr. Van Der Weele’s M&A assignments have included financial forecasting, cash management and trade-creditor negotiations, interim CFO functions and budget preparation, seller representation and due diligence.

Mr. Van Der Weele, a member of the Chicago/Midwest chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, holds a BSBA degree in accounting from Loyola University and has done graduate work in finance at Roosevelt University.
