Terry L. Wood is a financial executive with over 6 years experience in business turnarounds and crisis management. He has specialized in financial management and analysis, profit improvement, restructuring plans, cash management and bankruptcy reporting. Since Joining Morris-Anderson & Associates, Mr. Wood has worked in apparel, food, silicon metal foundries, newspaper publishing and railcar leasing industries.

Mr. Wood has extensive experience in management accounting in manufacturing businesses. He served 8 years as vice president, finance, for an international food and non-food packaging manufacturer. Prior to that, Mr. Wood served as controller for that business and also as controller for both an electronics manufacturer and for a consumer products manufacturer. In addition he was the global accounting manager for a major international law firm.

Mr. Wood, a CPA, earned a B.S. degree in Economics from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. degree from DePaul University.
