Thomas Vivaldelli is an operations and strategic consultant with extensive experience in financial, real estate and turnaround projects. He has personally structured and placed over $1 Billion of commercial real estate financing and has been responsible for the turnaround of a $400 Million commercial real estate loan portfolio and numerous properties.

As an entrepreneur, Mr. Vivaldelli founded Distressed Real Solutions, LCC, a company focused on returning commercial real estate projects to profitability and facilitating appropriate exit strategies. At Distressed Real Solutions, LCC, he has been responsible for strategic planning, investments, project selection and oversight. Mr. Vivaldelli is also a principal of Property Recovery, LLC, a firm that acts as trustee and asset facilitator for regulated institutions.

Mr. Vivaldelli started his career with the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.

Mr. Vivaldelli has an MBA in finance and investments. He is a Certified Turnaround Professional and the former Director of the Turnaround Management Associations’ Arizona Chapter.
