Christine Topoulos is an accomplished manager of line businesses in Fortune 1000 financial institutions and corporations, as well as senior advisor to the chairman of an independent agency of the federal government. As a consultant, she provides financial support to small- and medium-size enterprises (SMEs) that cannot find assistance through traditional banking channels. She also supports lenders and trade associations with business reviews, focused business studies and special projects that require extensive credit, financial and channels of trade expertise.

Most recently, she has focused on the emerging Global Financial Supply Chain as accounts payable migrate from letters of credit to securitized payables financing, vendor-managed inventory using specialized insurance and logistics programs and partnerships.

Prior to working in the performance enhancement field, Ms. Topoulos spent five years as Special Assistant to the Chairman of the Export-Import Bank of the United States, helping reshape the direction of the Bank from public sector lending to private sector balance-sheet financing, cash flow project lending and small business development.

She also has more than 15 years of international banking experience in such organizations as Citicorp/Citibank, National Westminster Bank and SunTrust Bank. At Citicorp, she managed the International Structured Trade Finance Unit, reorganizing and refocusing efforts on major project and aircraft lending. As a result of these efforts, Citibank was raised to #1 on Ex-Im Bank's league table in terms of the total dollar value of transactions completed.

Ms. Topoulos spent almost 9 years in the construction equipment industry (Koehring Company and Fiat-Allis North America, Inc.), creating export financing solutions for distributors and customers in emerging markets worldwide.

Ms. Topoulos holds an MBA in International Finance from Thunderbird, The Garvin Graduate School of International Management, Glendale, AZ, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Bradley University, Peoria, IL.
