Thomas W. Mastandrea
is a senior human resources executive who is well versed
in all facets of the profession. Mr. Mastandrea has
a proven consulting record in such key areas as organization
effectiveness, human resource planning and development,
executive search and recruitment, employee relations,
and compensation and benefits. He has extensive experience
in transportation, finance, manufacturing and computer
technology.
Most recently, as president of Human Resource
Concepts, Chicago, Mr. Mastandrea provided services
to a wide range of clients ranging from the Fortune
500 to small and medium size companies. Previously,
he was director of human resources for COVIA, a $550
million computer reservations and business systems company,
and participated in its spin-off from United Airlines.
He also has held management positions with Household
International, General Electric-Aerospace Group, International
Paper and Bankers Trust Company.
Mr. Mastandrea holds an M.S. degree in
industrial relations from Loyola University, Chicago,
as well as M.A. and B.A. degrees from St. Johns
University, Jamaica, New York.
