Raymond J. Przytula
is a results-oriented professional with an extensive
background in financial analysis, logistics, manufacturing
and operations as a consultant and with a Fortune 1000
company. He has identified practical solutions for distribution,
manufacturing and organization issues, and implemented
cost-effective and strategic programs in a wide variety
of industries. He is well versed in both financial and
operating issues.
Since joining Morris-Anderson & Associates
in 1995, Mr. Przytula has been involved in several turnaround
situations, including assignments in which he served
as interim controller and treasurer. He has played a
significant hands-on role in providing crisis-management
expertise to companies ranging from $5 million to $25
million in annual revenue. Recent industry experience
includes a distributor and marketer of windows and doors,
as well as an international manufacturing and sales
company in the automobile aftermarket.
Prior to joining Morris-Anderson &
Associates, Mr. Przytulas consulting engagements
included defining existing operating problems and financial
issues, as well as implementing planning models and
designing management reporting and control policy. Prior
to that, he held senior operating and financial management
positions at Zenith Electronics Corporation, where as
Director, Materials Planning, he had responsibility
for total corporate procurement, scheduling and transportation
and, as Director, Financial Control, had responsibility
for financial plans, budgets and management reporting.
Mr. Przytula holds a Bachelors degree
in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and
an MBA in Finance from Loyola University. He is a member
of the Council of Logistics Management.
