Robert W. Haldi is an experienced turnaround manager and a specialist in finance and accounting. He is expert at procedures and controls, profit improvement, cash management, financial systems (IT) and insurance.

Mr. Haldi has served as General Manager, Chief Financial Officer and Management Consultant throughout his career with such companies as Packaging Unlimited, Hook Drugs, Lexington Steel, Newcastle Packaging, Ayres, Atlantic Container and Ceres Terminals. He has restructured operations to increase sales, reduce costs and improve profitability. He is also experienced in mergers and acquisitions, finding investors, negotiating price and terms, and arranging financing.

Also, he has developed strategic plans for companies ranging from middle-market to Fortune 500 and is also experienced in Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization. He has worked with a broad range of manufacturing, distribution, multi-store retail, service and trucking companies in steel, apparel, food, packaging, drugs and paper.

Mr. Haldi, CPA, holds a B.A. degree from Emory University as well as an M.B.A. in Finance from Georgia State University. He has earned the CMA (Certified Management Accountant) designation and is a Certified Turnaround Professional.

He currently is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society and the Turnaround Management Association. He is a past member of the Indiana CPA Society, Financial Executives Institute and the Association for Corporate Growth.
