Greg Andricopulos, a financial professional with more than 20 years’ experience, Greg Andricopulos has worked in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, healthcare and financial services sectors.

Before joining MorrisAnderson, Andricopulos was a financial consultant with Gandros & Associates, working with small- to mid-sized businesses with annual revenues from $30 million to $780 million. For one client, Abraxis Bioscience, he created financial models, and facilitated preparation of Form 10 documents to spin off the oncology business.

He also has served as a consultant and interim corporate controller for Knight Industries, a $130 million manufacturer; and a consultant and interim chief financial officer for Banking Administration Institute, where he restructured the accounting department and reduced month-end close from 15 days to six.

Previously, he was chief financial officer for Viasys Healthcare Medsystems, and vice president and corporate controller for Cloud Packaging Solutions, as well as chief financial officer for Landmark Incentive Marketing, and Harting Inc.

Andricopulos began his career as a manager with Grant Thornton and was controller at Orion Computer Products before moving to Industrial Plants Corporation as controller and human resources manager – positions he later held at Mitsui Machine Technology, too.

He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting with high distinction from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and is a certified public accountant.
