D'Andre N. Davis, CTP-D has more than 15 years of valuable corporate finance and operations experience. He is a Certified Turnaround Professional-Designate with experience in corporate finance; mergers and acquisitions advisory; strategy formulation/planning; financial modeling; and public- and private-market financing transactions.

Prior to joining MorrisAnderson, D'Andre served in principal investing and operational roles at InterContinental Hotels Group, PLC (IHG) where he prepared more than 100 feasibility analyses and underwrote over $20 million of IHG's capital, resulting in $200 million in incremental franchise and management contract fees.

D'Andre's other experience includes serving as the Managing Principal for the Emerald Tablet Group, LLC, a fundless financial sponsor firm that sought to acquire a control stake in a local manufacturing concern. While at ETG, D'Andre structured transactions and performed valuation of targets to ensure focus on viable entities, becoming adept at deal sourcing through creative sourcing and networking. Before Emerald Table Group, LLC, D'Andre managed the execution of several public and private financing transactions while in Citigroup's investment bank in New York. He also provided mergers-and-acquisitions advisory to many large private equity funds and assisted clients with securing private equity financings.

D'Andre has also participated in the prestigious Ford College Graduate Program where he gained experience in the company's Product Development Division, as well as the Ford Motor Land Services Corp. While at Ford, he co-designed the lift-gate on the 2002 Ford Explorer to improve vehicle entry, which resulted in a significant cost reduction and helped the company maintain segment leadership in the mid-sized sport-utility vehicle market.

D'Andre's industry experience includes working with a $100mm auto parts remanufacturer where he prepared weekly financial reports for management and their lenders to clarify its liquidity position. He assisted in the reorganization of a failing division and evaluated customer and product profitability to determine viability. Other industry experience includes assisting a creditor to an $80 million printer based in the northeastern U.S. where he evaluated its manufacturing operations, cash flow, valuation and strategy to better assess the company's strengths, weaknesses and perceived value in the marketplace.

D'Andre has a master's degree in business administration from the Wharton School of Business and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan. He holds certificates in "continuous flow manufacturing" and "lean manufacturing" from the Georgia Institute of Technology. D'Andre is an active member in the Atlanta chapter of the Turnaround Management Association.
